We will offer 3 different options available for pre-loved stallholders and businesses/creators.
Each stall will usually be around 2.5 metres (deep) x 3 metres (wide) and will have space for 2 clothes racks and a small table.
We ask that you set your stall up in a way that is accessible for fat babes, those in wheelchairs and with prams to easily navigate your stall on the day.
Brands and Creators are welcome to collaborate and share a stall, please ensure you let us know via the EOI form.
If you’re hiring a complete stall, we would recommend that you have no less than 50-80 high quality items to sell.
This can include clothing, shoes and accessories etc.
If you’d like to sell clothing AND art/crafts etc, please let us know via the EOI form.
For those with less than 50 items, WE definitely recommend either teaming up with a mate and sharing a stall, or applying for a single rack!

We are unable to make any changes to your order once paid and within 14 days of the event.
If for some reason, we are out of stock, you will be refunded any amounts paid for equipment.
We are looking for clothing, shoes and accessories in good condition. For pre-loved fashion, think - unique one-off pieces, gently-worn items and treasured items looking for a new home.
