APPLICATIONS
SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPACE. ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE ASSESSED WITHIN A 1-2 WEEK TIMEFRAME AND THERE IS NO FIRST IN BEST DRESSED. WE WANT TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS A DIVERSE OFFERING OF STALLS SUITABLE FOR ALL FAT BABES AND ALLIES.

THE STALLS
ALL STALLS WILL MEASURE 3M X 2.5M FOR BOTH PRE-LOVED AND BUSINESS STALLS AND INCLUDE 2 CHAIRS. ALL STALLS WILL COMFORTABLY FIT 2 RACKS, 2 CHAIRS AND 1 TABLE. STALLHOLDERS WILL HAVE A SPACE OF 1.5M WIDE X 2M DEEP AND WILL FIT 1X INDUSTRIAL SIZED CLOTHES RACK AND 1 CHAIR.

FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN SIGNAGE, DECORATIONS, RACKS, HANGERS AND THE LIKE. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SIGNAGE IS NO HIGHER THAN 2M.

CHANGE ROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY (INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNAL) HOWEVER YOU'RE WELCOME TO HAVE A SINGLE CHANGE ROOM IN YOUR STALL SPACE. KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR SPACE NEEDS TO BE ACCESSIBLE FOR THOSE WITH WALKERS, PRAMS OR WHEELCHAIRS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING PUTTING ANYTHING ON THE GROUND FOR PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS WHO ARE UNABLE TO REACH.

WHAT YOU CAN SELL
- ALL CLOTHING MUST BE SIZE 16+ OR 2xl EQUIVALENT
- CLEAN AND GOOD QUALITY CLOTHING
- ANY SERVICES THAT ARE FAT ADJACENT
- BUSINESS STALLHOLDERS CAN INCLUDE NEW SKINCARE, NEW COSMETICS, HOMEWARES, ACCESSORIES AND JEWELLERY + ANYTHING ELSE WE HAVEN'T MENTIONED
- PRE-LOVED STALLHOLDERS MUST SELL CLOTHING FROM THEIR OWN WARDROBE. ANY CLOTHING BOUGHT FOR THE PURPOSES OF RESELLING IS CONSIDERED A BUSINESS STALLHOLDER.

WHAT YOU CAN'T SELL
- ANY CLOTHING SIZE 14 OR SMALLER, CHILDREN'S WEAR OR USED UNDERWEAR/SWIMWEAR
- FOOD (UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY RADICALLY SOFT)
- ANY ILLEGAL OR OFFENSIVE ITEMS, LOTTERY OR RAFFLE TICKETS AND THE LIKE.

BUMP IN AND OUT
WE USUALLY ALLOW FOR 2 HOURS BUMP IN TIME, AND 1-2 HOURS BUMP OUT TIME. PLEASE REFER TO THE DETAILS ON THE STALLHOLDER APPLICATION FORM AND FURTHER EMAILS FROM US FOR THE EXACT DETAILS.

IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME ACCORDING TO YOUR REGISTERED BUMP IN TIME. UNFORTUNATELY STALLHOLDERS CANNOT LEAVE EARLY AND MUST TAKE ALL RUBBISH AND GOODS WITH YOU. ANY ITEMS LEFT BY YOU, RADICALLY SOFT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UNFORTUNATELY INVOICE YOU FOR THE REMOVAL AND/OR CLEAN UP OF YOUR STALL SPACE.

EQUIPMENT HIRE
We can supply the below items for an additional fee:
- Commercial grade clothes rack: $50 each
- Trestle table: COST VARIES PER VENUE

Please indicate what you require on the STALLHOLDER APPLICATION FORM, and if your application is successful, we will confirm the quantity and arrange payment with you directly. We are unable to make any changes to your order once paid and within 14 days of the event. If for some reason, we are out of stock, you will be refunded any amounts paid for equipment. 

You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment, all tables and chairs must have felt or rubber on the bottom TO PREVENT SCRATCHING ON VENUE FLOORS.

IF ANY EQUIPMENT YOU HIRE FROM US BECOMES UNUSABLE OR BREAKS, UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST. YOUR MARKET INSURANCE MAY COVER THIS.

INSURANCE
ALL STALLHOLDERS (including preloved) MUST HAVE THEIR OWN MARKET INSURANCE AS UNFORTUNATELY OUR MARKET POLICY DOES NOT INCLUDE STALLHOLDERS.

refunds and cancellations
- all hired equipment (tables and racks) is paid for in advance and therefore is non-refundable should you need to cancel
- the following applies to stall fees:
*50% of stall fee refundable if you cancel at any time
*25% of stall fee refundable if you cancel within 7 days
*no refund if you cancel within 5 days
**IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL DUE TO ILLNESS/DISABILITY at any time, you can either opt to receive a 50% refund on stall fee or 100% credit towards a future market space**

- stalls must not be transfered to another person or business without prior written approval from radically soft.
- radically soft reserves the right to withhold consent to a Stallholder to trade at the Market, to remove or to have removed from the Market, a Stallholder who is in breach or does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- radically soft reserves the right to use their discretion to cancel a stallholder's approved application at any time.

Safety and security
Stallholders are responsible for the security of their own stall, stock and monies. Keep your stall merchandise, stock and money supervised at all times.

If you identify anything that is potentially hazardous such as a spill, tripping or slipping hazard, please notify the market organiser immediately.

- radically soft will not be responsible for the compliance by a stallholder with any By-law, Regulation, Act or Statute.
- radically soft accepts no responsibility for any transaction entered into in the Market enclosure.
- radically soft reserves the right to decide or arbitrate any dispute arising out of or in the course of the conduct of the market.
- radically soft reserves the right to refuse admission to the market to any person without giving any reason for the same and to eject or cause to be ejected any person and/or his/her goods and chattels without giving any reason for the same.
- radically soft accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person who enters the market area and all persons who enter the market area do so at their own risk. The stallholder agrees to indemnify
- radically soft against all claims for damages or injury to the property or person of any persons in respect of any claim by any such person arising out of negligence on the part of the stallholder or their agents.

How much is a stall and what is included?

We will offer 3 different options available for pre-loved stallholders and businesses/creators.

Each stall will usually be around 2.5 metres (deep) x 3 metres (wide) and will have space for 2 clothes racks and a small table.

We ask that you set your stall up in a way that is accessible for fat babes, those in wheelchairs and with prams to easily navigate your stall on the day. 

Brands and Creators are welcome to collaborate and share a stall, please ensure you let us know via the EOI form. 

What if I don’t have enough clothes to hire a stall?

If you’re hiring a complete stall, we would recommend that you have no less than 50-80 high quality items to sell.
This can include clothing, shoes and accessories etc.

If you’d like to sell clothing AND art/crafts etc, please let us know via the EOI form.

For those with less than 50 items, WE definitely recommend either teaming up with a mate and sharing a stall, or applying for a single rack!

We are looking for clothing, shoes and accessories in good condition. For pre-loved fashion, think - unique one-off pieces, gently-worn items and treasured items looking for a new home.
